Leadership Workshops at CityU
As organizations continue to try and do more with less, the need for building extraordinary leaders and coaches at all levels is paramount. Many organizations have identified “Leadership” as their only sustainable source of competitive advantage. How are you growing this resource to ensure success in your organization?
December 3 to 5 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00p.m., CityU is hosting three leadership workshops: The Extraordinary Coach (EC); The Extraordinary Leader (EL); and The Extraordinary Leader 360 Assessment Certification Workshops. These workshops will teach leaders how to help their organization drive employee engagement, build customer satisfaction, and boost profitability. Whether you want to increase employee engagement or profitability, great leadership in organizations matter. Research shows that leadership is a primary factor behind employee commitment and productivity and therefor key to a company’s success.
These workshops will be put on by Zenger Folkman, best known for their high-impact leadership development and corporate training workshops. The facilitator will be Senior Vice President of Leadership Effectiveness, Barbara Steel.
Ensure you and your leaders are extraordinary by registering today. Workshops on December 3 and 4 will cost $375 each, or $525 for both. The workshop on December 5 requires approval from Zenger Folkman and costs $995. To receive approval, please contact Terry Robert at 801-705-9498. Those part of the CityU community can receive $175 off one workshop or register for two workshops (EC and EL) for the price of one; those not part of the CityU community can receive 25% off. Please email Dr. Kelly Flores, Director of CityU’s Division of Doctoral Studies, for the discount code.
